Hi, I am taken Airasia and will reaching Hangzhou airport at about 11pm. I would like to go to Shanghai by bus and understand that Air Asia has the shutter bus service. Question is I was told that the is only 1 bus and in any case late after check out or the bus has full, they will leave. Is it true? How can I ensure can get the bus seat as I will have total of 4 member in the family. Can I buy the bus ticket from net?Please help to explain more detail. Thanks

Yes, it is true. You may need to book the bus seats in advance from the AirAsia company. Anyhow, try to contact with AirAsia to comfirm about it. If you miss the bus, it is more effective for you to get to Hangzhou Train Station first by taxi (about 100RMB for 40 minutes) or airport shuttle bus (20RMB for a hour) and take bullet train to Shanghai (54RMB/65RMB for 1.5 hours).
