About:Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport

Hello.
I will reach Hangzhou on 03/02/2011 (First day of CNY) at 2pm and I will heading to Shanghai on the day itself. I would like to know whether I can get the bullet train ticket at the railway counter (open on public holiday?)or can I buy it online?
Please advice and revert. Thank you so much.

You may buy the bullet train ticket on that day at the railway station which is normally in operation during the Spring Festival of China(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/essential/holidays/spring-festival.htm) .
