We will be in Shanghi in Feb. 6 - 10, 2011. Can we see these attractions at that time. Will it be too cold. Will some places be closed because of the Chinese New Year? Thanks so much.

Yes, Weather in Shanghai(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/climate/shanghai.htm) will be cold at that time with a temperature of about 2~8C. You need to pack warm winter clothes.
Most Attractions in Shanghai(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/attraction/shanghai/) won't closed during Chinese New Year. You can visit them as normal.
