I heard that there is a change in venue for the 12th ice & snow festival. It will be the biggest so far which is twice the size of previous year. Is bus no 29 still be able to bring us there? Can I get bus no 29 from zhaolin park or zhongyan dajie? Will there be a hike in ticket price?
