You are exempted from visa to HK for 14 days. But if you want to stay in Shenzhen for 10 days, you need to apply for a visa to mainland China in advance through Chinese Visa Application Service Center. You can check China Visa Requirements for Indians(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa-application-indian.htm) on this website.
