Hi, I have been trying to get through to them all morning but no answer. They only accept applications now if you hand them in , is that right ? And then you have to go back to collect them ?

Yes, the China embassy in Dublin accepts Postal Order for payment, but it doesn't accept visa application by post/mailing.

Hi Kim, That is correct you must hand them in and then go back to collect them. They wont accept from the post or if you leave them in their post box by hand. You can submit on behalf of someone so you dont have to be there in person yourself.
