Question

Hi I will be going to Shanghai mid dec with my hubby and 2 yr old kid.  What will the weather be like?  Are they any interesting amusement park or something that I can bring my kid to?  Is it safe enough for me and my kid to move around on our own if my hubby is not free to accompany us?
