About:Hong Kong Weather

TWO OF us will be in Hong Kong for a day, from 7:30 A.M to 10.00 P.M, on 22 dec.
1. What will be temperatures on that day.
2. I will be staying in Royal view hotel. Is there a package tour from the hotel to some sight seeing places.
3. Alternatively what is most econamical mode of transport and what places can be seen.
