I think you could stay in a Hangzhou hotel close to Hangzhou Railway Station, such as the Best Western Premier Richful Green Hotel. There is shuttle bus taking from Hangzhou Airport to Hangzhou Railway Station directly at anytime. Much more hotel choice with cheaper price in downtown area.

My advise is you walk out from international departure exit, turn 'right' and walk for about 50m and catch a taxi from the domestic departure exit, que up and catch a taxi by the meter. It will cost u around CNY 93--95 to reach the train station or hotel nearby train station. It is 32km away and takes 35 to 40min.
