About:Chinese Embassy in Argentina

Hello,
I am currently in Buenos Aries, Argentina on business and recently was requested to follow-up on a project we have in China in 10days. Is it possible to obtain a Visa here or do I need to return to USA? I have requested the invitation letter from the company in China for the visit.
Thank you.

You can try to apply for China Business Visa(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/business.htm) in Buenos Aires, however, sometimes, Chinese embassy refuses to issue visa to temporary visitors and the visa officer asks applicants to provide Argentina residence permit or work permit or long-term visa, then you have to return to USA to apply for China visa in China Embassy/Consulate in USA(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/united_states.htm) according to consular districts.
