Hi, We'll be going to HK and plan to take a day trip to shenzhen. Would Philippine & Australian Passport Holders need Visa? Or do we get visa once we get to the border? Could we have enough time to visit WOW & Splendid China during our day trip?

Yes, both of you need visa to enter Shenzhen. I think the visa on arrival at the border is not avaiable right now. If you come after Jan 1, 2011, perhaps available again. WOW and China Splendid are located next to each other. It is possible to see both, but watch your time spent on each spots.
