is there anything that can recommend where the residence or apartment in Xiamen with a good strategic location, or rather in the crowd with an affordable price?what about the areas in GuGong Road? how much if the Zhongshan Road?how about the price of apartments in the area GuGong Road? how it is with the area around his station? Which is better?thanx....

Dear Ms Yana, I wouldn't advise buying a property (residential or commercial) in xiamen due to a bad experience I had with a commercial purchase. The xiamen municipal govt will not hesitate to seize your property under the pretext of "collective use" and force you to either sell or rent it at a low low price. *Beware*
