I am a South African citizen and my wife is from the USA, we intend visiting China and Tibet region in China, the notice that we need to get from the Tibet Tourism Beaureu. Is it just one notice covering me and her or she will also need to aply for her seperately though we travelling together? and how long does it take to get the note issued by the Tibet Tourism beurau, Please clarify.

One Tibet Entry Permit with the name of you and your wife is Ok if you both apply for China visa together at the same China embassy/consulate, if you and your wife apply for visa at different embassy/place, the seperate Tibet Travel Permit(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/faq/tibet-travel-permit/) is required. However, it is very complex for you to get the permit from Tibet Tourism Bureau, you'd better contact a China Travel Agency(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/) to arrange the permit for you.
