About:Shanghai Taxi

What's the best/simplest way for two people to get from Pudong Airport to Astor House Hotel at 10pm? Cost?

sorrey my question should have said there is web site belonging to shanghai eastern taxi witch says they will charge $57 US from PVG airport to shanghai for $57US & $91 US for 8hrs what i would like to know is wether i should take the airport taxi or pay somebody i dont know on the internet

Well, I think US$57 is too much for you take a cab from PVG to downtown Shanghai. If you hail a taxi at PVG on the spot, it will take you around US$26 to the city center at Nanjing Road. But the rate of US$91 for 8hrs is reasonable.

There is no directed bus or train from Pudong Airport to your hotel .You'd better take a taxi .It will take about 1 hour to your hotel .The cost is more than 100￥
