Dear Sir,We planned to visit upomming trade show AgriProAsia APA-2010 will be held on 13-15 December,2010 In Hong Kong Convention & Exibition Centre.We already got invitation latter and entry ticket from trade organisser.We need your kind advice on below query.1.Shall we submit our Hong Kong visa application to China Embassy.2.How long time will take Hong Kong vias after sumission date.3.If normal procedure takes more than 2 weeks than we will missed the trade.Is there any other option to get visa urgently.2.Below is the necessary papers we shall submit along with visa application form. Is there anything else we need to submit with visa application.a. One copy of properly filled up Hong Kong Visa application formb. One recent photoc. Company Trade Licence copy (Notary).d. If the invitation letter is issued by Hong Kong Trade Development Council or , you can submit Hong Kong visa application to China embassy in Dhaka, otherwise, you have to mail your applications for visas directly to the Immigration Department of the HKSAR 2. It takes 4 working days for China embassy in Dhaka to issue you Hong Kong visa. It takes 4 weeks if your application should be send to Immigration Department of the HKSAR3. there is no way to get visa urgently if you have to get the visa through Hong Kong immigration department 4. Thanks for your reply.if i wait for end of Asian games it will take time and problem for my business with out factory visit and metting i cant open new lc also ,so please give me advice any other way is possible get a visa from china embassy,i am not first time asking visa and i have bank statement if needed.Thanking youSheikh Md.Sharfuddin
