I'm just trying to help a friend as she told me today about this. She is a British teacher and is already in China teaching English since 01\11\2010 . The school provided to her a Business Visa for her to stay and works as a teacher for 6 months . But now she got a phone call from her boss ,telling her to stay away from the school for 2 days because the Chinese Immigration was coming to check the teacher's visas , then she was told she cold not being working with a Business Visa . Now she don't know what to do , the school had lie to her and I think they still as they said to her come back in 2 days to teacher . My question is what could happens to her if the Chinese authorities to find out ? could she goes to prison ?pays fees or be deported ?
