About:Hangzhou Transportation

hi, i'm going to hangzhou from shanghai.after arriving at pudong airport, how should i proceed to take the bullet train to hangzhou.? i'm there on a working assignment for 6 months ( need to control spending for apt or hotel stay ). pls advise if renting of car is advisable and which area is nearer to get food and daily commodities in hangzhou.

You can take Subway Line 2 to Hongqiao Railway Station and take bullet train from Shanghai to Hangzhou, better stay at Wulin Square area, it is the city center of Hangzhou, it is easy to get to other parts of the city from there.
