About:Chinese Embassy in Vietnam

Hello! we are russian's. in january 2011 we go travell to Vietnam throught the China, we have single-entry visa to China. . And we back to Russia from Beijing. Questions:
1. Can Russians get a single-entry visa for China in Hanoi?
2. If not, can I do it from a different town in Vietnam?
3. Can you let me know how much time it need to make the single-entry tourist Visa to China and the cost?

Actually, Chinese embassy in most countries do not accept visa applications from temporary visitors, so does in Vietnam. China visa is valid for 3 months, if you will not stay in Vietnam for so long, you can apply China visa in your home country. Besides, as I understand, your trip plan is Russia-China-Vietnam-China-Russia. right? then you need a double entry visa for China (unless the second entry is for transit only if you will stay in the airport for less than 24 hours.)
