About:Directions for Use of Shanghai Public Transportation Card

Can I buy "jiao tong ka" for 50 yuan for the first time, or it has to be minimum of 100 yuan. Can this "jiao tong ka" be used for Maglev as well.

When buying the card, you need to pay CNY130, CNY30 of it is the deposit. CNY100 is the value that you can use, the value is refundable.
