Question 5 indicates that it is possible to buy train tickets(Hangzhou to Shanghai) at the Hangzhou International Airport. Can anyone confirm that this is indeed the case?I am arriving into Hangzhou International Airport 1310 21Jan11 and hope to travel to Shanghai from downtown Hangzhou on Sunday 23Jan11. Can anyone advise if we will encounter any problems in obtaining train tickets for travel to Shanghai on Sunday morning?

Yes, you can not buy the train ticket at the airport. You can take the airport shuttle bus to Hangzhou Railway Station to buy train ticket. Or you can buy the ticket at any train ticket outlets in downtown Hangzhou City in advance or buy it at the train station on the day you leave for Sahnghai. Better buy the trian ticket in advance.
