About:China Work Visa

Hi,

I'm currently in China on a F visa, multiple entry for a year (expires july 2011). I have an internship that will last until january and my boss offered me a year contract. my company wants to apply for a Z visa but they want me to tell them what are the specifics. I'm a little confused about the process, so my questions are:
can i apply for the Z visa even though i graduated on July 2010 so I don't have two years work experience?
do i have to go all the way back to Peru to apply for the Z visa?
I hope someone can give me some insight on this.

thank you!

It is totally decided by your company, if your company can get the Alien Work Permit and Visa Notification Form for you, you can apply for Z visa, you have to return to Peru to apply for Z visa, your company need get the Alien Work Permit issued by Ministry of Labour amd Social Security for you and the Visa Notification Form issed by the local Foreign Affairs Office.
