If you have visited China in the past year twice, it is possible for you to apply for a 12 months mutiple entry L visa. The copy of previous China L visa is required.

If you have immediate family members living in China or you have real estate in China, you can also apply for 12 months mutiple entry L visa, otherwise, it is not easy to get it.
