About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

I would like to know how come there is no such "Multi-Entry Visa with 24-month Validity' column for me to key in though ? Kindly advice

I know that there is no "Multiple-Entry Visa with 24-month Valaidity" column on the visa application, in fact, there is another visa application form for this kind of visa, however, it is only for special applicants, few applicants can get it. It is advisable to apply for 1 year multiple entry visa.
