Can I take a connecting flight at Beijing Capital Airport at T3 within 1 hour and 15 minutes?

Hi,

I am arriving at Beijing at 07:20am with Air China and need to take a connecting flight to Taipei, Taiwan at 08:35am, also with Air China. Both planes depart from T3. Connecting time is therefore 1 hour and 15 minutes. Both flights are under the same booking and I'm told I do not need to pickup and check-in baggage. Is this sufficient for both me and my baggage to be transferred?

The MCT for International to International transfer within T3 is 60min right? So if anything goes wrong - such as - if the flight is delayed, or if my baggage is delayed - is it Air China's responsibility to get it to me?
