About:Transportation of Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport

I am arriving at Hangzhou Xiaoshan airport around 10:20pm late. What is the best way to get to a budget hotel near West Lake ? Please recommend some budget hotels near West Lake to me as I will be staying in Hangzhou for 9 days.

Take the airport shuttle bus to Hangzhou Railway Station and then take bus Y1 to Lingyin, West Lake scenic spot.
For budget hotel, you may try Elan Inn (Longxiang), Hangzhou which is at the West lake Scenic Spot.
