The water town is Fengjing (枫泾). There are high speed trains from Hongqiao Railway Station to Jinshan North Railway Station(18 minutes). Then take local bus 10 minutes to the town. Hongqiao Station is not close to the city center, so you should also take some time on the subway Line 2 from downtown area to Hongqiao first.
