There are many universities which enroll foreign students under chinese government scholarship, like Peking university (Beijing University), Tsinghua University (Qinghua University),Beijing Jiaotong University, Jilin University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Tongji University, Xian Jiaotong University...You may search their agency numbers on their government pages or contact them directly. Their contact info are listed in this web page of TCG.
