I will have half a day for free activities during my stay in Shijiazhuang. Is there any Great Wall section close to Shijiazhuang that I may visit in half a day time?

I don't think you have enough time. Seems you can only stroll in the city. Maybe you can visit the Great wall next time when you will stay longer in china.
