Is it possible that I can be hold in the Beijing airport immigration?

Hello, i just want to ask about a question of my situation here because i want to go home back to Philippines. i applied work here in Beijing and its just been 3 weeks that im here. The reason why i want to go back is that i am overworked here, which is not right, overtime is not paid. If i have ticket would that be okay to go home? Is there a possibility that i can be hold in the airport immigration?
