About:China Visa Fees

Hi,
I have a wife in China, has been overstayed in about 7 months,She want to go home but shes so scared of surrendering bcoz she might detained or put her in jail for too long, she have the money to paid the fine but she dont know what to do,she really wants to go home, pls help!!! is there any possible she can apply again for china visa? where she should surrender,? local police or PSB? pls give me some advice on WHAT TO DO so that i can tell to my wife...any help will be appreciated..tnx

She can surrender herself to the local police and pay for the fine, generally speaking, if she cooperates with the police and apologizes for her fault, she won't be detained. She will be given a 10 days visa by the police and exit China on time.
