Hi,
I am going to Shanghai next month for business & leisure. Just wonder is shopping in shanghai expensive or cheap? Generally speaking, like eating out, shopping at Nanjing Road or Huang Pu area, is it expensive?

Generally speaking, it is expensive. There are many other places to go shopping, which is much cheaper. For example, you can buy clothes, handbags and other items in Qipu Road. Goods there are extremely cheaper than those in shopping malls, and of course than Nanjing Road and Huangpu. All in all, find the right place to shop.
