i was wondering if have any deaf community in beijing since im going there during winter

I was wondering if have any deaf community in Beijing Since Im going there during Winter month and staying there from Jan 2nd to March 2nd. We are deaf tourist. We want have a great experince around beijing and outer of city. With your help of answer if can get some infomation about deaf social, deaf school or college that have deaf program offer.. So i can visit them and meet new people. Thanks!
