About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

I'm currently studying in South Korea and I was supposed to visit my friends in Shanghai.
Now, because of the changes, I have to have 6months valid alien registration card to get the visa in Korea. I have only five months and extension is not possible because I'm returning to Finland in the end of this year.
Is there any ways for me to get Chinese visa?

you may try to contact any travel agency appointed by the Chinese embassy or consulate where is supposed to process your visa. The agencies you can find Korean version in their official website. I have my friend from US who got China visa in the same situation as yours.
