Hi, sorry to say i'm not clear about the basic requirements no. 3. Applicants who have never been to China before should submit in person.Can you pls help me to understand it.I want to go China with business VISA, I've received the invitation letter from issued by authorized departments of Chinese Government, so can i apply now for VISA, or i have to collect some other documents?

If you never been to China before, you yourself need to submit your visa application together with all other required documents to the Chinese embassy in person, maybe for an interview. BTW, China visa is valid for 3 months since it was issued. So, don't apply for it too early.
