About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Hi,
Can the application form printed in 2 separate pages acceptable? or must be in 1 sheet front and back ?

For kids, do we need kids thumb print or parent sign on behalf will do.

No, sir, you need to print the form in 1 sheet front and back. For children under 16 years old, parents can sign their names on their behalf.
