How & Where can i apply visa to Hong Kong, Macau and Zhuhai for my holiday on Nov - 16 Nov?

Hi,
I'm a SPR with holding Malaysia passport,I had plan to travel to Macau,hong kong and Zhu Hai for my holiday on 12 Nov - 16 Nov. How & Where can i apply visa?
