Dear Mister Alvin,Thank you very much for this quick reply (that is not always the case with other Embassies...).I have only 1 question about 'the invitation letter. Can you tell me who has to write such a letter (hotel, tour organisator...)? All other requirements will be ok. Last year, she came to visit me for 3 weeks in Belgium.  I had to write such an invitation letter and everything went smootlhy. But how shall we do it now?Kind regards,Eric

First of all, i have to say that this site is not the Chinese embassy. The invitation letter should be written by a individual/entity/a travel agency from China. If you don't know anyone from China, you can find her a travel agency, like this travelchinaguide. The agency will send her the invitation letter if she books their tour service.
