About:Tibet Trains: Schedule from Lhasa

Is it possible to take the train from Beijing to Lhasa but get off at Xian for a few days and then continue back on the train??

Good Afternoon. What are the best times with the best views to travel on the train... eg night time as apposed to day time journey.

Hi, if you get off at Xian for a few days, you need to buy ticket from Xian to Lhasa when you back to take the train. You may have a general view along the way in day time. All the trains from Xian to Lhasa are leaving in the morning. Arrving in 33-34 hours later.
