About:Kanas Nature Reserve

1. When we rent a house then how much advance generally we have to pay?
2. If we rent through a agent then do we have to pay to agent also? If yes then how much normally they ask?

If you rent a house, they would ask you to pay the fare for several months in advance, that would cost you around several thousand RMB.
Yes, you'll have to pay service charge to an agent if you rent house through it, some agent would ask for half of the rent fare for one month, but some would ask for CNY50-150.
