About:Beijing Weather

Hi, my mom and I will be going to Beijing and Chengdu on November 8 to November 14, 2010, will there be snow that time? Will we need winter clothes? We will be staying at Beijing New Dragon Hotel in Hutong, can we walk to Imperial Palace from there or is it too far? We are also going to The Great Wall, is it too high to climb up the stairs? I am asking these questions because my mom is already 70 years old. Please give me some other tips, too. Will highly appreciate them. Thank you in advance.

It usually may not snow at that time, but hard to confirm. You need to pay attention to the weather forecast. You need to bring some winter clothes. It is about 3km from the hotel to Imperial Palace, thus you need to take a bus. It may be a little difficult for your mum to climb the Great Wall. Anyway, you can have a try with your mum.
