About:China Visa Fees

I am in China with my wife and two small kids on a 2 x 60 days L visa. My wife is Chinese and not subjected to visa regulations. I left the country by myself once and returned, so I am on my second 60-days term, expiring end November. The visa for my kids expire next week, however (they carry their own passports and visa), but we would like to stay another two weeks or so. We experience difficulty to extent their visa, because PSB requires original documentation proving they are our kids, which we did not bring to China. What to do? And what if our kids would overstay their visa for 15 days? What would be possible consequences, in terms of fines, and ability to re-apply visa? If you overstay, do you just go through passport control to "surrender" or do you need to pepare and report for that differently?

Your kids will be fined 5,000 RMB per person and will be given a 10 days visa on the visa page with a star on it, then they have to exit Mainland Chia during the 10 days, it is advisable to exit China on time, then apply for a new visa to return, overstaying will affects your new visa application, in fact, after the end of Asian Games, your and your kids can apply for a Temporary Residence Permit valid for 1 year because you have a Chinese wife. Now, it is hard to get it because of upcoming Asian Games
