Question

Dear Madame / Sir,My flight (Turkish Airlines) reaches at Int.Pudong Airport at 15:05 Terminal 2 and then I have connecting flight operated by Eastern China Airlines at 17:05 to Sanya Int. Airport / Hainan by Terminal 1. Thus, I will only have 2 hours to finish passport control, claim luggage and then check-in to & get my boarding card to catch my connecting flight! (1) Please kindly advise if I can make it within 2 hours? (2) And, also please kindly advise me the quickest way to transfer from T2 to T1?Best regards,

1. The time between connection flights should be at least 3 hours, I think the time before your flights might be too short for your transfer.2. The quickest way to transfer from T2 to T1 is by the shuttle bus, the bus can be taken at  Exit No. 23 and 27, will arrive at Exit No. 1 and 8 at T1.You'd better change your flight time in case the former flight being delayed and the latter one would be affected. Also you can ask the airport staff for help when arriving at Pudong Airport.
