About:Chinese Consulates in South Korea

I'm studying at a university in Seoul for 4 months, so I have an alien registration card for less than 6 months.

I'm studying at a university in Seoul for 4 months, so I have an alien registration card for less than 6 months. It's not possible to get a visa for China in Seoul, but I've heard it was possible in Busan. Is it still possible in november? I really need to know this, because I don't wanna rush to Busan for nothing..

You can call the number of List of Travel Agencies Designated by China Consulate in Busan (Pusan) for China Visa Application on this page, the visa agency is familar with the change of China visa rule, they will know whether you can get a visa or not.
