About:Harbin Weather

Hello I am coming to Harbin with some of my team and team leader we are in the russian army we are wondering is it ok to wear our winter uniform in china in harbin or would you advise against this?

Hi, it is very cold in harbin as the temperature will be under zero in Becember. It always snows in winter. Your winter uniform may be Ok, you'd better bring more warm winter clothes.
