About:China Flight

Hi,
We have booked domestic e-ticket from an agency in China and already paid. Also, they confirmed our booking. However, I just realized that there is no booking reference number. Would this be a normal practice there? Just to ensure this will not be a problem when check in. Thanks for your kind info.

Usually, only passport is required at the Business Service Counter for check-in. Maybe you could ask the agency to give you the e-ticket number, and then you can consult the airlines weather your tickets are confirmed with the number and passenger name.
