Dear sir I am Lecturer at Preston University Islamabad. I have been invited to present a paper on “Rheological aspects of LLDPE/starch/sepiolite composite” in 6th IUPAC International Symposium on Novel Materials and their Synthesis October 10-14, 2010 Wuhan, China” The higher education commission of Pakistan has provided me the required funding. I have contacted Chinese embassy here at Islamabad for the visa. But your embassy remains closed from 1st to 7 October. I have to attend this international conference. I have to be in the conference on 11 October. As your embassy will be open at 8th October so I have only one day. Kindly guide me I am very upset about my visa. I have the following documents,
1) Acceptance Letter
2) Recommendation letter
3) Financial Proof
4) Up to date personal bank statement
5) Character certificate from Preston University
6) University registration certificate
7) Tax payment receipt

Please give me appointment on Friday 8th October 2010. I need visa on 8th October 2010 other wise I will miss this conference. Tell me about the most urgent way to get this visa. I will pay the urgent fee but also tell me how I should pay this urgent fee.
