About:Hangzhou Train Schedule

I'm just wondering whether I can get train tickets 1 day prior to departing to shanghai or I would need to make advance reservation. Can I ask my hotel to get the tickets for me? How much will the commission or service charge is? Thank you for your help.

It is hard to say, as the service charge is various from different hotels for tickets booking. And you would better book the tickets in advance, either asking hotels or travel agencies for help.
