About:Chinese Consulate in Chicago

I am a permanent resident in USA. My Chinese passport expired and so did my Chinese ID card. Chicago is closest (live in Michigan). What do I need to do now to re-new my Chinese passport?

1. 2 inches color Photo 3 for Passport Renewal; Please note that according to the requirement of the photo, Consulate encourages all the photos are pictured by the professional to reduce the application rejections; Pre-filled application form for passport renewal; and your old passport.

What kind of professional photos. Walgreen's Passport photos don't work? Sam's club? CVS?
