About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

I am a Malaysian citizen and do not need a visa to visit Hong Kong. However, my wife is Vietnamese with a long term Social Visit Pass for spouse. Does she need a visa for visiting Hong Kong? Also a cousin of her's is visiting us in KL and have a 30 day social visit pass. She would like to visit Hong Kong with us. Can she apply for a visa from here in Kuala lumpur? Thank you.

Your wife need to apply visa to Hong Kong in advance through Chinese embassy. But she may need to provide the original and a copy of her permanent residence or work permit which should be valid for at least half a year. So do her cousin.
