This is Teguh (indonesian passport holder), my father and I have plan to enter china 3 times, the detail are as followings: kl-shenzhen-hk-gz-hk-sz-klI just applied the visa at consulate general of china at surabaya and the officer only give me 2 times entry. The officer told me that we can apply VOA at luohu and then depart from BAOAN Shenzhen Airport But I read information from some website that with VOA from LUOHU, we cannot leave CHINA from BAOAN, due to BAOAN is outtside special economic zone. is there any solution for this matter? can I apply full china visa at luohu? I read on wikitravel that we can apply full china visa at luohu as a VOA.please kindly advice

Hi, Mr Teguh, Baoan has been included in Shenzhen Special Zone since July 1 2010. So, VOA is available for you. It seems full China Visa can not been handled in Luohu Border. You can have it in Hong Kong in advance.

so is it confirmed that we can depart from baoan airport with shenzhen special economic zone visa?now, is it any possibility that the visa officer at luohu to refuse my application? I can show them the flight e-ticket at same day to themthe other way is apply new visa at hongkong. please tell me whether we can apply new visa although there is another china visa at other page.
